QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field
2. Experienced > 15 years in life insurance
3. Responsible to monitoring and resolve policy processing to ensure delivery of consistent,
accurate and high level customer service through Document Processing, including transactions for following services:
* Policy Processing for New Business
* Processing of Endorsement
3. Set Up Operation System (SOP, Working Instruction, Provision of Policy for Operation, UAT)
4. Key participant developing new product (Operation)
5. Participate in training for sales / marketing teams
6. Build relationship with reinsurance company, health Institutions
